Tanker Pilot

The readiness and effectiveness of every Air Force squadron rely on the talents of Tanker Pilots. As a Tanker Pilot, you will fly tanker aircraft and command crews to accomplish air refueling, airlifts, training and other missions. You will review mission tasking, intelligence and weather information, supervise mission planning, prepare flight plans and crew briefings and ensure that aircraft are preflighted, inspected, loaded, equipped and manned for mission. During the mission, you will operate aircraft controls and equipment, direct navigation, in-flight refueling and weapons delivery and supervise the training of crewmembers.
