Cost Analysis Officer
Air Force Cost Analysis involves conducting studies to estimate cost and evaluate effectiveness of force structures, operational systems, acquisition programs and support activities, performing cost and economic analyses and conducting research. As a Cost Analysis Officer, you will evaluate cost activities and programs, establish procedures and techniques for analyzing and evaluating performance and develop data sources. You will also design and develop cost estimating and analysis methods, processes and techniques, provide technical assistance to other agencies on cost-related issues and plan and conduct research projects.
