Manpower Officer
Though the U.S. Air Force possesses an arsenal of the world's most advanced aircraft, it would all be useless without the men and women who pilot and maintain them. As a Manpower Officer, your job is to manage and supervise the deployment of Air Force personnel around the globe. You will also be expected to conduct studies to ensure that personnel resources are being used efficiently. Your daily duties will include implementing manpower management policies, directing Air Force organizational standards and advising leadership on improvement initiatives. You will also be expected to constantly promote a continuous improvement environment and use of modern business management practices.
All Air Force career fields are based on qualifications and job availability.
