Operations Staff Officer
To become an Operations Staff Officer, you’ll need a broad operational background and a sound understanding of the full spectrum of Air Force operations and capabilities. You’ll be called on to use your broad base of knowledge to coordinate plans between various staff agencies. Your duties will include developing plans that are responsive to the Air Force doctrine, coordinating plans between staff agencies, analyzing the impact of programming decisions on war-fighting capabilities and developing and writing Air Force, joint services and combined policies.
